Need Help : How to conform 5D Footage with final Cut or Avid EDLorXML??

I have a problem When have some jobs that have Footage shot by Canon5D.
Footage don’t have timecode then I always Eye matte footage.it’s wasting time to do it this way take too long time and I heard that Resolve can fix this problem with select a file’s name first?I don’t know Flame can do like resolve or not or you have another that help me
