So whats the Consensus on the Version now?

I like the keyer…almost has full modular keyer now

I have not really played with the tracker…any thoughts

Reaction is pretty simple to use

There are quicktimes, dpx files, R3D files, stills, videos. Great resource.

I tried Toxik…..and I have to say Im not a fan of the interface of workflow. I much prefer Nuke or Fusion.

    Hope the link helps out.

for me it is completly different. i like the ui and the workflow in it. you can comp like you would do on a flame with supertools or you can go the “atomic way” like you do in shake or nuke. but the best thing is, you can combine both.
    🙂

wow, thank you for that response, I’ll have to give it another try. I know that not coming from a flame, flint, inferno background Im not too familiar with that way of working. Deffinitly something I should spend sometime on.

Man, when it came to toxik I felt so lost with the UI and just going back to the workflow that all these “now autodesk” systems seem to have I felt completely lost. Your intor to Toxik is awesome and a must see for anyone wanting to become familiar with Toxik in general. Most people will know how to composite just not in a different application.

    Again great resource, much appreciated.
