Hello,
i search documentation on openexr film scan. Some scanner do 16bits float but i dont know if it can output openexr as the same way of regular dpx files. If some body know a lab doing that, i’m very interested to get more information on this pipeline.
thanks for sharing

Not sure how many – if any – are natively scanning to OpenEXR and avoiding the 10 bit log truncation of Cineon.
Actually Efilm service POV, http://www.persistenceofvision.com, which is where my contact works. POV is David Dozoretz company… and they have an OpenEXr pipeline – great company for previz and effects work.Efilm are another great company – with some great film graders such as Steven Scott, ex flame god, now doing brilliant grading at Efilm.
The guy responsible for the OpenEXR plugin there is Jim Ryan –
