Hi Guys
I have to rotoscope a bunch of faces and than basically texturize them so they can look painted but also still keep their original shape. I am not looking to particularly achieve the “waking life” or Swchab commercials effect – more to the sense of real paint/mural painting.
Now I know there are probably 20 different ways to do it, more or less succesfull. Would you recommend a particular 3rd party filter or would you be able to do this with the default after effects filter. I need to keep everything within After Effect, so exporting an image sequence and doing a automat batch in photoshop is not an option:)

works in after effects..pretty slow though.
