Ti Training Corp, a simulation training company in Golden Colorado is seeking a After Effects compositor/assistant editor.
Our company is expanding our small media production department and we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and interested in working in many different components of image-making and VFX. Ideal for someone fresh out of school. The will begin as a part-time PAID position (estimate 25-30 hrs a week) but could quickly grow into a full-time position with the right candidate.
Compositing responsibilities: Working in After Effects doing roto work, basic color correcting, stabilizing footage, basic image comping such as sky-replacement and rig removal, incorporating stock-effects like blood-hits and explosions, chroma key work, etc.
Assistant editor responsibilities: Organizing and transferring files, logging footage and laying basic clips out on a timeline.
Also helping with location and studio shoots. This would be basically PA work but could become more than that if the candidate was particularly interested. Some travel may be necessary.
Some on-the-job training for the right candidate is possible.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite,especially After Effects
Good organizational skills
Basic understanding of video post-production pipelines and work-flows
Productive and enthusiastic attitude.
Web design experience a plus.
Cinema 4D experience a plus.
