I am doing a simple 2D comp. I have a still image with with a mask added to reveal a Solid Layer with a particle operator added.
Everything works with the exception of the particle layer being clipped at the top of frame. 20% of the top of the particle layer is missing.
To get around this I tried starting from scratch & building & rendering just the particle layer. The same problem happens. I am clueless as to why this is happening, any suggestions?
I am running Ver 4.0.0.288

there is a bug wih c* particles. clippling will appear when the layer is larger than 1000px in either x or y direction.
depending on your project you can bypass this bug, bei either using a layer which is smaller than 1000px, or by creating a secondry branch with a crop of the original layer you want the particles apply to and put it back in top of the original.cheers,

I am curious if it may be an issue with Vista vs XP? I don’t get the same problem on C4 on XP.
