Hi guys,
I have a pb when I want to output on my VTR.
After few secs, the VTR stops, I get this message “Servo lock is lost”, then it rewinds, output few frames, stops, rewind, output… and so onIf anybody knows what that means and how to fix that, let me know…
Thank you,
Alfafa
P.S.

I output insert mode.
For the check list that you gave me, sure I can open the engineering menu but then ?
What I should set things to ?
How do I check the sync ?Thanks,

Thank you for your reply, we’re in touch with the Autodesk support team, so hopefully they’ll find a solution.
Not being too technical, could you explain to me what is the use of the Sync gen ?
Can we work without it ?Thanks,
