Hi:
My name is VÃÂÂctor, from Spain. This is my first post here. I´m afraid you will see my english is not too good, so excuse me.
Well, I hope you can understand me 🙄 : I have footage with two persons piloting an airplane. I would like to compose it with a cgi airplane (the camera is outside, in front of airplane cab).
I think there are two ways to get it:
-Alpha channel at windows, with a background layer (I´m using AEE) with real footage, tracked with cgi camera movements (just slightly Y and Z axes movements).
-Mapping a inside-cabin airplane polygons (like a bit oblique wall inside) using the shooting. I think it would be better if there are movementes along any axis (20º degrees max I think)
The first nearest reference I remember is people inside “Serenity” ship (the film “Serenity”)
I hope you can help me, give me opinions, ideas… even laughs 😆 if my ideas are not good
Thanks
VÃÂÂctor

http://img240.imageshack.us/my.php?image=viewportjr9.pngMovin slightly up and down the camera (the same way if it were flying) in a front shot of the cabin, people seems being inside the plane (well, I think). Is there a better way to get it?
