I thought I’d introduce you all to the Red9 StudioPack, an extensive open-source pipeline for Maya being used at many large studio’s out there. It’s a full production toolkit for dealing with animation, poses, snapping, transforming, MoCap filtering and a powerful metaData API under the hood.
We’re also now launching Red9Consultancy, a new business venture aimed at supporting the smaller studios out there who are wanting the experience and help of senior TD’s, but don’t necessarily have the scope in-house.
