    Yeah, now all Apple has to do is actually come out with a 64 bit OS that supports more than 2 gigs of memory per program.

    Lustre on Mac… wonder how much that will cost…

    Where I find informations on Lustre in MAC, is new for me.
    It would really be interesting integration with other tools thing that would be possible in windows also. nowadays exactly with the price highest and paid license to render nodse many companies use Shake in the same Linux and the FFI in the Irix or Linux. The Windows 64bits and Linux 64 bits already exist have some time. An advantage in that I see in the MAC is exactly the hardware for being more “closed”, believes to beeasyl of if planning an installation as well as workflow.
