no more EDit and Combustion… The future version of this two programs merge in a same one, Smoke Le.

Combustion will be around for another 10 years…
The Smoke LE comment is quite silly.
Combustion is fine and not going away. In fact newer builds are being worked on right now in Montreal.This is only the beginning of Combustion…
Smoke SE is also available… fun eh…
I dont think “Smoke LE” (this is just an idea) is a silly option.
My question is, Discreet* has discontinued Edit*.. so there isnt any otion in the market with the same features that Edit* and Combustion* have together.
I think Edit* is a great Editting tool as mutch as Combustion* is a composition tool and the integration is just great (some aspects could get better as always), and after Discreet* discontinued Edit* i think there is a Great “hole” for an aplication that joins up both editing and composition without the need to end Combustion*. I think Discreet* feel like the 2 together were “stealing” the market of other applications like Smoke* that are more expensive, so they put a break to Edit*.
