    Any idea how to remove markers set on individual video or audio tracks ?

    Its not the same as a generic marker over the entire timeline – ie: i cant just drag them off or delete them individually via the delete markers option in the viewer

    using smoke 6

    thanks

    also, if you have small / mini markers ( the ones that are enclosed within a clip as opposed to spanning all your layers ). you’ll find that the only way to delete one of these is to do the following

    hit “trim” then select and drag this small marker either left or right untill you drag it past your final clip on the timeline.

    hope this makes sense. in fact try it:

    create a new record area and drop a clip in there
    hit shift + mark out – this gives you a small marker on the clip
    select TRIM in your edit menu
    select this little marker and drag it all the way off the clip

    I usualy use these little markers for marking beats/ audio waveforms and the larger markers for marking points in an edit i need to jump to quickly

    shift+space bar+mark in deletes only the cue mark the positioner is over, diferently of shift+space bar+mark in+mark out wich deletes all the cue markers, as mdoane has pointed out…
