I am just starting to learn nuke and I am going though some tutorials. I have a multilayered .exr file and I am trying to figure out how I can add a gain to just one of the layers, the specular layer?
I know that I need to add a merge node for each layer. So I have .exr file connected to a merge node, the a & b of the merge node connected to the .exr and the viewer connected to the merge node. So to keep adding the layers I just keep adding merge nodes, select the appropriate b channel and then select the operation needed, correct? So now if I want to add a gain to just the specular layer how do I do that?

One last question. I know how to change the r, g, and b individually, but once I have done that how to I adjust them all together again?

    Thanks,
    Steve

add a grade node or CC node, and instead of RGb chose the pass u want it to affect.
