Here is a simple expression setup on how two different axis could be linked in such a way that they form an bone like joint.
The axis1 (“parent”) defines the center of an imaginery sphere and the axis2 (“rotY_up_down”) moves on the surface of that sphere while you modify the axis1.rotation.y and axis2.rotation.z.
The axis2 gives its position data in x,y,z.
