Strange camera movement at start and end of tracking, please help

Hi guys/girls I have a piece of footage with a camera pointing out of the window at 90degrees of a slow moving train filming a platform going past. I have tracked part of the scene but when the trackers enter and leave the scene/view window in PFtrack the camera rolls slightly lifting the trackers positions

Could someone please advise me on what is causing the above problem.

The footage has been undistorted, I have good manual and auto tracking points and the scene is orientated correctly.

Any help is much appreciated
