Well, I receive a EDL from AVID editor with some STROBE effects (a frame that repeat some times while change a bit) and I did this effects with my hands, coping a frame and repeating that until the result. Have a way to do it whitout do it in hands (on AVID it is a Effect that you just have to change the parameters)
