Hi there,
Are there specific requirements for subtitling? Is there a specific font and size that should be used for feature films?

March 31, 2010 at 3:05 am #218900Saran SirikasamsapParticipantnot more than 2 lines, 1 space between each word, and of course u have to check the size or else the people in the 1st 15 rows will get neck aches reading from left to right 🙂 also keep in mind “some” cinemas have blanking on the sides so its better to check with the place thats doing the neg work for you…still in NZ ?

April 1, 2010 at 2:49 pm #218903ray ngParticipantI don’t know if you need to generate transcription at all, but if you have a decent audio source, Adobe’s Sound Booth CS4 and Premiere Pro to Speech to text transcription. The better the source, the better the results.
