    would the flame red hat linux distro package work on a tezro ? has anyone tried it ?

    No. Totally different architecture in every way to the newer PCs.

    Rohit,
    First of all : it is impossible.
    Custom Autodesk REDHAT DVD and DKU, Discreet Kernel Utility, are designed for a specific PC architecture x86 or x86_64, more over for specific machines: ibm 6217, hp 8400, hp 9400 (earlier versions supported also ibm 6221 and ibm 6224).
    Also, You need to have specific version of BIOS on these machines to install it.
    Also, specific nvidia, fc, …
    Second: why would You want to do that ?
    SGI’s don’t need any kind of overlay or linux for discreet products.
    Also they work on UNIX 6.5.xx and not REDHAT.
