This is probably a stupid question but….any confirmation of Pixomondo closing?

Hi,

So, THE WRAP published an article yesterday as an “exclusive” announcing that Pixomondo was closing its Shanghai office and that in the future they would be steering away from feature film work.

This seems quite shocking given that feature work appears to be the vast majority of their work, at least from reading their website. And given the date yesterday, April Fools Day, confirmation would be nice. However, the indication of “exclusive” would seem to make that fairly unlikely.

Any chance someone here has either an “in” or some firsthand knowledge?
