Well I guess Batch is the only place you can do it. One Action, and the other Action for the other layer. Both combined gets me the result im looking for.

I think I remember hearing something awhile back where you might want to turn displacement on and just adjust your Z to like 1 or so. If it alters your comp then slightly use some softness.

Hey Loops its obvious you are working on 9.5.5. All your help is appreciated. Have you ever had any use for the Div in Action. You know you have

    G C S Div

It looks cool when played with, but have you used it? and why?

lol Thanks alot. Well just found the explaination of the master keyer with a fxguide search. One last thing. I have saved the use setup to keep playlock, and z-buffer off, but the progressive keeps coming back, and defaulting to field 1. Hmmm. It will stay for like 2 times entering action but maybe on the thrid time it is back to field 1?

Can only tell you that we added Smoke to a Flame. Not sure if its a processor/horsepower issue. I do know that at the time Smoke only had 4 layers. LOL As far as a license to run Flame, well a Flame license/dongla is what? in the 10’s of thousands. Also dont know if that would entail addition monies for support. Good question though.

First off yes that is a bug, and if possible you can load the .version beta and that might fix it, but it did not work for me. LOL Are you saying that when in Action and you render your composite and you hit play within Action your clip freezes up/locks the box up? What is your Hot Key set up to do?

    Kadenza,
Thank you for your tips, I appreciate your willingness to give me some insite. Lots of good tips. Ya basically what it is, is a music video where there is a girl in a house and the band enters the room she is in. During the upbeat of the song crap goes smashing all over. Chairs get thrown into walls causing holes, mirrors breaking, pictures smashing, stuff on dressers flying across the room and smashing. Then she walks into another room of the house and the same thing. All I know is this better be shot, and thought out properly before I even consider touching this. LOL Sounds like a major cluster F__k. But ya all I can think about right now is rotohell. As this project gets closer to happening Ill keep you guys posted. I have been looking at some blue scrn. suites on the web, man their full of wrinkles, and shaded areas. LOL And yes mucho backplates are needed, and camera angle is crucial because I dont want to be replacing the areas that the performer is covering up with his/her hands.
