Hi…

First just try to select in your footage your order ( pal – upper fistr / ntsc -lower first ) in the field separation option.
then in the render window select no fields…
may be work.

Or the plugin “Reel smart Twistor” have some field order options, may be is other way.

PS: you have to work with image sequences ( TGA’s or TIFF’s )

i don’t have too mutch time so i made one effect in photoshop with mixing some fiters and i get a reaseble look and them i made one action and it works.

In combustion 2, the median oprator don’t have horizontal preset, but it realy work’s.
