Man do I feel really silly. In the project window you interpolate your footage… well there is a couple of options, but the one I didn’t go to was “Main”. In this option it assumes that unless your working with a framerate of 30 FPS that everything is running at that framerate.

Basically is said this:

Assume framerate is at: 30 FRAMES PER SECOND

It didn’t matter if the comp was set to 23.976 fps, but I had to make sure that interpolation that the frame rate was set to 23.976 fps

As soon as I did that, life was grand.

Some days I could just kick my self in the ass. 😳 😕 🙄

Thank you for your help, as this is driving me nuts and it’s getting closer and closer to the end date to when they add it to the film.

I’m hoping to come up with a solution here soon! 😕
