Just a quick note to let you all know that Furnace 4.0v2 for Shake 4.1 has been released. This addresses a number of bugs brought to light by the community, and is a recommended update for all users. It can be downloaded from the foundry website (http://www.thefoundry.co.uk), alongside the release notes which detail exact bug fixes.
