I’ve used both quadros and GF cards w/Maya, AE, Pshop and Nuke. For the most part the difference is minimal at best. Also, I’d go w/the cheaper 470 versus the 480. On multiple sites they’ve run both through various tests against each other and a couple ATI cards. So far it seems the 480 isn’t worth the extra cost. That may or may not change once the drivers mature or more apps take advantage of the Fermi-goodness.

you sure it wrote to that directory? Are you sure it’s not in C:Program Files (x86) ?

Also, have you done a simple search for your files, just in case they’re not where you think they are? It happens.
