that was me first tot…depending on the thingy i usually move forward in z space like 1 or 2 and then scale back…with z-buffer on.

do u archive in compact mode or normal mode? in the old versions of fire i used to load and join the entire lib and check the duration of the joined clip-> thats approx the time to archive in normal mode..compact mode [more efficient] is difficult to est cos i believe it wont archive any repeated segments but only the longest and saves an index pointing to the others

its easy to deform a geometry…add a deform node use a high val for latcies so its smooth and warp away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! else do it in max 🙂
this problem has been there since around 1997 actually… i could never get a proper reply from discreet about this….have u tried moving the layer in z-space with z-buffer on?
toxik can even run off of an amd based laptop but does NOT support ATI cards only nvidia
the new version of toxik supports AMD processors…hopefully lustre will too 🙂
yes i believe discreet singapore does in house training..approx 1000USD a day…

yeah these are way too small and not really fun to work with SIGH
keep in mind toxik is NOT a replacement for flame saaw the new version in singapore a few weeks back…its quite rocking!!! but toxik has a specific use..
