    cool but how do i set it up?…like if it was tape i would just remote the vtr to flint…with dpx files it would probably be in some sort of storage drive or server…cheers…merv

    i think a fast way is to use something like partical illusion…they have great presets which u can modify the parameters from there…cheers…merv

    hi…i dont work on fusion but maybe u could turn yur cg clip to negative and then monochrome it and u should have a matte…yur background will turn to black and yur reflection should have shades of grey or white depending on what the reflection values are…from there u could colour correct yur matte on luminance to decide treshold….hope it makes sense…like i said i dont work on fusion but im gona look for the site now to find out more…heh…cheers…merv

    in the old days they use to do it with a tank and a bottle of dettol with camera running at high speed…heh…:)…but yeah i think its done in 3d now…like in the movie ID4…cheers…merv

    hi…happened to me too in inferno6…some of my layers were resized when i loaded the action files(no batch) the next day…i sure would like to know whats the problem too…cheers…merv

    hi…normally for the discribed shots id do one mask and track it and adjust the points accordingly…or sometime i may use several masks if the movement is too great…or i could track the points instead of the axis if it is a fixed object…it all depends actually on which approach u take as long as it works…:)…cheers…merv
