This week we talk to Abhijeet Ghosh from the USC Institute for Creative Technologies about a range of issues relating to polarized light, surface properties, normals, scanning, Brewster’s angle and the reproduction of human skin, which he spoke about recently at SIGGRAPH 2012 in LA. Ghosh will also be giving a half-day course at SIGGRAPH Asia on ‘Polarised Light in Computer Graphics’.
