Shake for Flame Users

Animators often work in production pipelines where their work is composited by other. This course aims to show how to render out for later high level compositing. Ideal for animators wanting to work more effectively with compositors, or start high level compositing themselves. Multipass compositing strategies for radical scene changes without re-rendering
Working with special render passes:

Trainers:
Damien Allen is the lead trainer for the program. Allen is the president of Pixerati LLC, a Hollywood-based visual effects design and pipeline consultancy firm. He consults and trains for a broad gamut of clients, from boutique production houses to major studios like Pixar and C.O.R.E. Digital Pictures. As a compositor and motion graphics artist Damian has designed and directed projects for such clients as British Airways, Coca-Cola Amatil, Toshiba and Epson. He is under contract to Apple Computer, Inc. to certify their Shake and Motion trainers and provide white paper resources. He is the author of Peachpit’s Apple-Certified Motion book, and the upcoming Encyclopedia of Visual Effects Techniques, featuring Shake.
Mike Seymour is a co-founder of fxguide and now a consultant at InCase Networks a professional services company – servicing the Post industry on workflow and VFX design throughout Asia Pacific. Mike was previously visual effects supervisor at Digital Pictures and prior to the Creative Director at Kotij, a specialist HD house.
