fxguide and fxphd in Sydney has spare office space now available for medium term rental. We offer two options: serviced offices starting at a single office, and extending to larger production spaces.
The building complex is home to much of Sydney’s media and production companies, including Method Studios, Deluxe, Arri, Panavision and John Barry. The offices are at the end of Mowbray Road, Lane Cove and it is a very short drive to be on the freeway heading into the city or north to the M2. The office is ideally located for anyone wanting to work in media or digital production.
The offices have 24 hour security access, secure undercover parking, a pleasant environment and low stress high tech support. You could be co-located with a group of like-minded digital production experts in Sydney’s premier film and television technology park, just minutes from the shops and restaurants of Lane Cove and Chatswood, and still close to the city.

Small serviced office space
If you wish to immediately move in and start working, we have serviced small offices available, which you could immediately move into. Phone and internet can also be managed, cleaning is included. Our sister company which is co-located is also able to provide IT support – allowing you to focus on your creative process with the support of a much larger team.
Mid size production offices
If you are after a larger space we can create a new divide or adjust accordingly. The space is very flexible, quiet and able to be reconfigured.
Larger spaces can be configured with meeting rooms and all have access to a lunch room and kitchen.
Parking
The office has secure undercover parking for both tenants and their guests. Parking places can be co-ordinated as part of either lease.
Optional use of Studio and exceptional international internet access
The Lane Cove offices include a large studio (12m x 9M) which can be optionally included for part-time use, or arranged on a casual basis for tenants. The Studio is used by fxguide and fxphd, but not full-time, allowing the chance for you to use it on a regular or part-time casual basis. This studio has a permanent pre-lit green screen and high ceilings for lighting.
The office space is also connected to Sohohet, via dark fibre. This international secure internet service is managed by our sister company and means you could arrange guaranteed high speed up and downloads. Many media and production companies are limited by poor upload speeds, as most providers assume a model of users mainly downloading. But for many modern media asset companies wanting to deliver to clients, run Google Hangouts or join international productions, guaranteed upload as well as download speeds are vital. This is unmetered direct connection to Europe and the USA.
